Since then, Upgrade Forms have been included in every series, making their appearances around episodes 12-14, often in December, about the time when the plot traditionally takes the first turn of events before Christmas, although some Riders may see their Upgrade Forms arrive a few episodes earlier or later than normal. Although Upgrade Forms occasionally appeared in early shows, it did not become a standard step of main Kamen Riders' evolution until Kamen Rider Wizard, with the Dragon Style forms.
